Book online to schedule your Free TRT consultation visit. Here we can discuss what Testosterone Replacement Therapy is and see if you are a candidate for treatment. If TRT is right for you, we will order a comprehensive hormone lab panel. This can be done in house or outsourced to LabCorp.
*In house lab cost for comprehensive panel is only $150. If you choose to run through insurance, a lab order can be sent to LabCorp. (Please verify your insurance will cover as there can be unexpected costs to you if they do not) JLU Renew, LLC is not liable for any additional cost not covered by your insurance provider.

What Next?
Once your labs are completed, a visit will be scheduled to review your labs and go over treatment options and dosing. You will receive your first dose at this visit. You will be enrolled in our TRT membership program at $125/month which includes testosterone injections, injection supplies, follow-up visits, messaging and support. Follow-up laboratory testing and visit is at 8 weeks after initiation, followed by 3-6 months then every 6-12 months when stable.
